SOLESTAR Size Guide

SOLESTAR insole sizes for TOUR, NORDIC, HIKING and ALPIN: Choose the size identical to the size of your shoe. Half and 1/3 sizes are rounded down (e.g. 44,5 => 44). 2/3 sizes are rounded up to the next size (e.g. 46 2/3 => 47).

For cycling insoles KONTROL and BLK choose according to the following chart.
